Movie Review: Young Again

In one of its most inventive fantasies yet, Disruptive Films delivers wish fulfillment and voyeurism in “Young Again,” our featured movie this week.

A lonely older man named Mitch (LGBTQ legend Chi Chi LaRue) lives for the few minutes of each day when he can stare through the peephole as his gorgeous neighbor Jordan (Latinx hunk Ricky Larkin) comes and goes, always on schedule. Mitch doesn’t notice that Jordan is creeped out by hearing him at the door. One day, when Mitch works up the courage to step outside and say hello, it doesn’t go the way he wants. Mitch retreats to his room in shame and despair, but then his foot brushes against a package from his sister that he forgot to open. He reads the letter, which is about manifesting what he wants in life using the crystals that she’s sent. Mitch thinks crystals are silly, but he takes two handfuls, expresses his wish to be young again, and lies back to sleep with his arms crossed over his chest.

Movie Review: LAPD: Los Angeles Police Dads

One of gay porn’s most successful and critically acclaimed movies, Heaven to Hell still has its fans a dozen years after its release, so it was only natural for Chi Chi and Falcon to make a part two. Enter Earthbound: Heaven to Hell 2, in which an angelic sex slave named Rogue (Skyy Knox) escapes the Underworld for a life of freedom on Earth. If he finds true love then Rogue can sever his ties to the Underworld for good.

Rogue is a slave to the Devil (Dean Monroe, returning from the original movie), who’s extremely possessive. Dazed but drawn to pleasures of the flesh, Rogue makes his way to a nightclub where he is hypnotized by the sight of a beautiful gogo dancer named Lucky (Brett Corrigan) twirling and shaking his ass for the crowd. Rogue swoons and falls to the ground. As the rest of the clubgoers ignore this or shake their heads at what they assume is a tweaker, Lucky carries Rogue to the dressing room. Meanwhile, the Devil discovers that Rogue has escaped to Earth and sends other minions there to track him down. Look for a cameo from the angelic Brad Patton, who appeared in the first Heaven to Hell.

Lord (Andrew Stark) is a bigwig in a different type of underworld on earth, and he’s trying to find out who’s ripping him off. Snitch (Trelino) is living up to his name and has gotten on Lord’s bad side. The “punishment” is one we’d all gladly take, though—he gets his ass eaten, probed, and pounded by the hot crimelord with the eye patch in a scene that deserves repeat viewings. (more…)

In the sweltering streets of Miami on a summer night, life takes on a certain kind of savagery. Because it’s Chi Chi, you can expect a splash of glitz to make the grime of the city sparkle just enough. These are some tasty guys who obviously love to fuck – you really can’t go wrong with a cast that includes Sebastian Young, Chris Porter, Jimmy Fanz, Samuel and Spencer Reed. The rest of the guys are less familiar to this reviewer, but they’re worth looking up again, that’s for sure.
